My interests center on the design of ecologically sound production systems to capture positive synergies amongst enterprises, including livestock and specifically grazing livestock as tools of production.

- Introduction to Organic Agriculture (CROP*3400) which is team-taught with Paul Voroney, D. Peter Stonehouse, and Joe Omielan
- New Major in Organic Agriculture within the B.Sc.(Agr) degree, and new website to profile the organic offerings available at the University of Guelph campuses
