My interests center on the design of ecologically sound production systems to capture positive synergies amongst enterprises, including livestock and specifically grazing livestock as tools of production.

  • Introduction to Organic Agriculture (CROP*3400) which is team-taught with Paul Voroney, D. Peter Stonehouse, and Joe Omielan
  • New Major in Organic Agriculture within the B.Sc.(Agr) degree, and new website to profile the organic offerings available at the University of Guelph campuses
  • Organic Weed Control in Oats, together with Les Eccles, an undergraduate research assistant
  • On-Farm Surveys of Organic Farm Operation in Ontario, with Karen Maitland
